AT&T
I led the design process for this project and mentored five junior designers on stakeholder relations and other aspects. I provided direction and design thinking process guides to enhance the available resources.

This AT&T platform handles home installations, repairs, and technical maintenance. It’s the lifeblood of all communication involving their infrastructure.

This product landed a huge contract when I came on board to design the content strategy and navigation structure. I worked on GetThere and this project simultaneously.

SafePoint helps TMCs oversee corporate travel programs by monitoring global security events and identifying affected travelers. It can also proactively contact travelers for a "check-in" to confirm their safety.
