I was brought in to assist the current design team with their design strategy tactics and to introduce user feedback tools within the organization. I aimed to enhance the overall UX of the UX team.

A cloud service for edge development code testing tailored for mission-critical applications.

AT&T
I led the design process for this project and mentored five junior designers on stakeholder relations and other aspects. I provided direction and design thinking process guides to enhance the available resources.
Atlas
This AT&T platform handles home installations, repairs, and technical maintenance. It’s the lifeblood of all communication involving their infrastructure.

First American wanted to modernize their loan management and process software completely. I started this process.

This is one of Sabre's most profitable products, used by some of the industry's top tech giants, such as Apple and Google, and one of many flagship products I led during my time there.
GetThere
Get is a corporate booking service designed to build extensive itineraries for group bookings.

This product landed a huge contract when I came on board to design the context strategy and navigation structure. I worked on GetThere and this project simultaneously.
SavePoint
SafePoint helps TMCs oversee corporate travel programs by monitoring global security events and identifying affected travelers. It can also proactively contact travelers for a "check-in" to confirm their safety.
Sabre
This project felt like a startup environment. We have some big clients waiting for us to deliver something amazing…and we did.
